Da roof, da roof, da roof is on the house!

Crews have been working 7 days a week, or at least that’s what it seems like. Framing is mostly done, Trusses are up, porch roof is up and roofing started this week.

  1. That’s so great. I felt like it took forever for our builder to put the roof on our house. I love that they are working night and day, there were days for us where nothing visible was happening and it was painful.

**Remember, when they get to the internal drywall phase, ask them to add insulation around the water closets for sound reduction. Or, you’ll live the rest of your life hearing people pee. 🙂
