Here are the selections I made. There’s only one thing I’m kinda debating on still, which is whether to add a 3rd row of tile for the bathroom backsplash. All flooring will be the same, except for the Master Bathroom. Main flooring is: COREtec Pro Plus XL Casablanca Pine It will last a lifetime, 100% waterproof and is tough as nails for things like dog nails, kids, dropping a wine glass, etc. Interior paint is Sherwin Williams Agreeable Grey everywhere with white ceilings.
Kitchen:
White cabinets with dark glaze. Peppercorn quartz countertop, taupe subway tile backsplash with a little lighter grey grout (mist). Moen Brantford faucet is standard, pendants (3 of them) over island and the linear light will be over dining table. This isn’t the EXACT light, but I forgot to take a pic so this is closestI could get. The one I chose has the lightbulbs going up and 3 LEDs on the bottom that you can light separately.

Appliances
The range is my favorite, item, rest is basic stainless French door fridge and stainless dishwasher (both are Bosch). I am getting a basic hood and will leave room around it to build it out to be pretty. Probably in stained wood to match the floor.

Bathrooms (Powder & Shared Bath)
Same flooring, white subway tile (3 rows with Mist grout), Iced white quartz countertop, Vanity lighting and faucets. Sinks will be rectangle.

Master Bathroom
Iron Filigree vinyl flooring, that gorgeous tub, everything else same as other bathrooms. Considering a nice chandelier above the tub, but I’m not sure it goes with the vanity lighting so I dunno.

Exterior
The house will be all white, including trim, like the photo below. Exterior doors are black, roofing is black. Rail fencing will be black, whenever I get around to that.
